What to Do If Forgot The Router’s Username and Password?

There are mainly three ways to change the username and password:-

Reset the router using Admin Page: First of all go to the router’s webpage using the default IP address of the router. Then click on Maintenance/Administration Tab on the webpage and then click on Reset Factory Defaults.

Reset the Router manully: In this Technique just press the reset button on the back of the router for 10 seconds. After that router will perform a factory reset. Once the reset is complete, you can apply a new password to the router.

How To Troubleshoot IP Problem?

1. Check if the router is having an electric supply properly or not. Also, all the wires connected properly with the router as well as with the system. If not then connect the wires and restart the router.

2. Check the internet connection and it’s speed if the speed isn’t coming then contact the service provider to troubleshoot the internet connectivity and then restart the router.

3. Check the ping and packet transmission from the device to the router with the help of the router webpage.

Always turn off WiFi when not in use. Also, contact the service provider for routine check-ups of the router and internet connection. To have a better internet connection always use a wired medium to connect the system to the internet with the help of a router.
